There is to be a Hampshire Traditions festival Day at Whitchurch on Saturday 18th February to celebrate the launch of the final two songbooks in the Marrowbones series, under the title 'Southern Harvest'. It is organised by Bryony Griffiths, and tickets are £15 for the day time & £15 for the evening concert, or £25 for both. available on:

Message from Countess of Brecknock Hospice

I am delighted to let you know that your collection buckets contained a total of £195.40.

Please pass my  thanks to all the members of the Andover Museum Loft Singers for kindly “singing for the Hospice” last week. 

I greatly appreciate their continuing support and sincerely value this contribution towards our work here at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice.  I also send thanks to the pub customers for their generosity.

Andover Museum Loft Singers sang Paul Sartin's arrangement of Troggs hit "Love Is All Around" at the unveiling of a Blue Plaque in Andover town centre to celebrate the life of Andover born Reg Presley, founding member of The Troggs.
