Carol Singing Raises £322.76 For Charity

Andover Museum Loft Singers sang Carols and Christmas songs in several Andover hostelries on the evening of 20th December 2018 and collected £221.04. We would like to thank the customers of The White Hart Hotel, The Redbridge and The John Russell Fox for their generosity.  Particular thanks goes to The Lardicake for generously hosting our after sing party and for their contributions.

The Annual Solstice Walk followed by singing at The White Hart, Stoke on 23rd December raised a further £101.72

We are pleased to be able to hand over the magnificent sum of £322.76 to the Andover Crisis and Support Centre.

Sidmouth Folk Festival 2018

AMLS 21st Birthday Concert

A fantastic evening on Saturday, 13th October 2018 with Andover Museum Loft Singers and friends at The Whitchurch Folk Club provided a magnificent feast of musical entertainment for our guests

Members of Andover Museum Loft Singers sang a varied selection of songs to entertain the crowd in the wonderful autumn sunshine on Saturday 20th October at Bere Mill Farm, Whitchurch

Stronger Together: Working For Mental Health

Andover Museum Loft Singers supported this worthwhile event on Thursday 17th May 2018 at the Winchester Discovery Centre singing a number of songs from our extensive repertoire which were well received by an appreciative audience.

During December Andover Museum Loft Singers were involved in several events to raise money for charity.

On 9th December 2017 we took part in the "Stories For Homes" concert at St Michael's and All Angels Church in support of Shelter, we were pleased to support this concert which raised over £500 for Shelter.

Carol Singing around Andover town centre pubs on the 14th December 2017 and the annual Solstice Walk on 18th December culminating at a song session at The White Hart, St Mary Bourne raised £82.82 for the Andover Crisis & Support Centre

Andover Museum Loft Singers is 20 Years Old

We celebrated our 20th anniversary with a Birthday Party for members past and present, and for our families, friends and supporters.  A wonderful time was had by all and we sang for our supper to entertain our guests, and ourselves!
